missingWrote a review on 09 Novpoor servicelack of wi-fi
oh my, how they treat guests at graham's place! aside from the stunning view, the service was anything but great, with staff poorly accommodating my needs. also, i was shocked to discover no wi-fi in rooms, as if i wanted to trek uphill just for a connection. a complimentary drink would have been nice, but apparently, that's asking too much.

missingWrote a review on 30 Octtrash accumulationpoor service
During my visit, I was disappointed to see trash accumulating around the walking paths. The delay in getting our lunch tab corrected was frustrating, taking about 40 minutes. Moreover, the staff seemed untrained, as they didn't make eye contact or acknowledge us, which was surprising given our long-standing relationship with the place.

great views but limited beach service
Secluded and tranquil environment. The double room with a sea view offered breathtaking scenery. John, the boat guy, went above and beyond to assist with transportation and local tips.
Beach service could use improvement, as there were times I had to walk to the bar for drinks instead of enjoying service at the sand.

Secluded and tranquil with stunning ocean views that make meals an absolute delight! The breakfast choices were limited yet well-prepared, and the restaurant consistently offered superb dishes. Unfortunately, the coffee didn't meet expectations, lacking flavor and richness. Additionally, while the grounds were meticulously maintained, more attention to garbage disposal policies would enhance the eco-friendliness of the stay.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always eager to help! The restaurant offered a diverse menu with delicious meals throughout the day. The garden area provided a serene escape, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration! 🌴🌊
However, the beach service could use improvement. there were times I had to walk to the bar for drinks instead of having them brought to me.

I visited this paradise with my family and enjoyed the superbly maintained grounds and beach. The restaurants offered excellent food, and the friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. It truly felt like a dream returning to such a serene spot. I appreciate the peaceful vibe of this place, reflecting the slower pace I often find in the beautiful countryside around Rome. We enjoyed every moment of our time here.

The beach was pristine with surreal views, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were all set. I loved how everything was well-kept, from the grounds to the comfy accommodations just steps away from the water (talk about location! ). Breakfast was fresh and hit the spot.
All was good.

While the tropical setting was captivating, I found the availability of more activities for beach lovers a bit lacking. However, the snorkeling right off the shore was a delightful surprise, and the staff's consistent attention to detail in maintaining the grounds made for a welcoming experience.
